Delicious Blueberry Tart

This delicious blueberry tart is the perfect healthy dessert for all the ones that have a sweet tooth around here. Myself included.

You may not know but blueberries belong to the superfoods. They are a rich source of vitamin C, are good for heart and skin health, for strong bones and people with blood pressure issues. They can also be taken for diabetes management and are known to decrease the risk of cancer. So many good qualities make this tart already seem very healthy right? So for the other ingredients I tried to keep it clean with as less sugar and calories as possible.


 

INGREDIENTS

→ 1 cake dough

→ 400g Blueberries

→ 500g Low fat quark

→ 1 cup seasoned cream

→ 2 eggs

→ 1 vanilla sugar

→ 1/2 lemon

→ 4 flat tbs. cornstarch

→ 2-3 flat tbs. sugar

 

 

DIRECTIONS

Prepare a round baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cake dough. Now mix the low-fat quark and the seasoned cream with the eggs, add the vanilla sugar, sugar and cornstarch and add the juice of half a lemon. Last but not least mix all the blueberries slowly into the dough. Et voilà! Now you can put your blueberry cake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes at 200°C.

Let it cool down and dust with powdered sugar to sweeten it up.
