HEALTHY GLUTENFREE CRISPBREAD

I got the recipe for this super delicious, healthy and protein-rich crisp bread from a lovely friend. It’s very easy and quick to bake and I’m sure you will fall in love with it too. Probably you will have to bake more pretty soon, they are just gone too fast, at least in my case 😉  So let’s get started:

 

INGREDIENTS

(for 12 pieces)

70 g sunflower seeds

70 g sesame seeds

35 flax seeds

140g chickpeas or corn flour

1/2 TL sea salt

0.5 dl olive oil

2.5 dl boiling water

 

PREPARATION:

Turn backing oven up to 150 degrees Celsius.

Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl except the water.

Add water to make an almost liquid dough.

Cover a baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough on it.

Bake for about an hour on the middle of the oven.

Now cut it in pieces and Enjoy!

It’s also delicious with some avocado, vegetable spread or cheese added on top.
